The New York Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation Construction Project Team has won a 2014 IPI Partnered Project of the Year Award, Sapphire Level! This highly-acclaimed design-build project, completed for DDOT in October 2013, was designed by TY Lin International and built by Fort Myer Construction
